 About Refunds, applies only to flower orders 

We will refund 100% if order is cancelled 48 hours before delivery date. If order is cancelled once it has been on process of delivery, 50% refund will be processed deducting the amount of shipping or delivery costs incurred, this applies to flowers. All other products sales are final.
